Our love for dogs and the outdoors is what led us down the path to adopt Bindi, our Bernese Mountain Dog. Bindi has been a joy to share in our outdoor experiences, but now let’s move to life inside the house of a Bernese Mountain Dog. Let’s just say we were not prepared for the amount of fur that is deposited throughout the house on a daily basis. Being faithful followers of everything Bernese, we learned about all these wonderful traits wrapped up in this bundle of fur and have been devastated to hear owners share their grief as Berners have a short life expectancy. The abundance of fur and the potential short lifespan of Bernese Mountain Dogs led us to the discovery of the wonderful Bernedoodle. We decided to embark on this journey of breeding Bernedoodles because of our love for the Bernese Mountain Dog.
